step in the dynamics of today’s financial and technological business. We choose to operate in a climate of healthy transparency reflecting our family values.

Regarding our external relationships. We conduct our business interactions knowing that in the current business world — contrary to many speculations appealing to “common sense” — friendly attitudes, honesty, and transparency, are key elements for successful business interactions and successful contractual relationships. We are sure that a business model based on hostile environments, brutal competition, and aggressive negotiations is less effective than a model based on the principles and values.
